OUR STORY

Xenti began with a partnership, and a decision to do things differently.

For more than a decade, Damon Birrell and Sara Wexler worked side by side delivering complex business and technology transformations inside large organisations. They shared the wins, the pressure and the responsibility, but also saw the limits of working within systems that didn’t always value integrity, pace or people.

So they made a bold choice…to build the kind of company they wished existed.

Damon is an engineer to his core, endlessly curious, deeply technical and driven by a lifelong fascination with how systems work. From his first encounter with an Apple computer as a child, he has been focused on designing solutions that are elegant beneath the surface, secure at scale and resilient under pressure.

Sara brings the counterbalance, the human and operational force behind delivery. Grounded, people-first and outcome-driven, she’s spent her career leading complex programs, aligning teams and turning ambition into execution, guided by the belief that people, not technology alone, determine success.
